Why us
Our care goes beyond the legislative duties and typically provided services. What does this mean? For example, providing legal services, sorting out matters at the land registry office, or providing you with advice regarding buying/selling real estate (not for our reward, through verified partners). And above all – we also provide service after the loan drawdown.
Since the beginning of 2009, we have been engaged only in the mediation of mortgage loans (until 2023 as an independent financial agent and from 2024 as a partner of Umbrella Group, s.r.o.).
At the time of writing this text, we are dealing with (drawing loans for our clients) 4 loans a day. Thanks to this experience, we can also help clients with very specific requirements, unusual family circumstances, non-standard incomes and real estate.
By mediating mortgage loans in all banks, we can find the solution that is best for a particular client. At the same time, it enables us to solve any situation that Slovak banks can finance.
Our services do not end by having drawn down the loan (by property purchase). We are here for our clients if their life situation or market conditions change during the repayment of the loan (for example, if the client wants to pay a special instalment amount, to change the conditions after the fixed interest rate period, if their family circumstances change, etc.).
